Shipping policy

Free Shipping on orders over 50,000 JPY. 3,000 JPY shipping fee for orders under 50,000 JPY.　(Sharpening products, including NSK Kogyo, have different shipping costs for each country.)

Due to our handmade products and products that use precious materials, we may cancel the order if we are unable to prepare a replacement after confirming the order due to a problem within our company.

We mainly use DHL for shipping, though EMS may be used for certain items.
