Susudake Chopsticks Plain (12001-P004)

At first glance, Susudake Chopsticks appear to have a bright color, but when you look closely, you can see a very deep and rich color.

The top part has a slightly darker shade of brown, and from there, a gradient of dark and light brown lines forms towards the tip of the chopsticks. The beautiful gradient of colors is something you wouldn't expect from a bamboo that was used as a framework for thatched roofs.


The top part of the chopsticks is completely shaved off, revealing the clean lines of the bamboo's pores, which transport water and nutrients.
