Oboro Tool
NSK KOGYO DIAMOND SHARPENING STONE
With fewer and fewer opportunities for sharpeners to use natural stones, OBORO TOOL was created after more than 18 months of development as an alternative to Natural Stone.
OBORO TOOL is called "natural windstone" because it is made of diamonds and stones mixed with substances found in natural stones. Therefore, just as natural stones do not have a definite grain size, OBORO TOOL , like natural stones, is divided into Chuto-Koma, Chu-Shiage, Shiage, and other grain size levels.
OBORO TOOL works well mainly with Japanese single bevel tools (Kanna planes, Nomi Chisels, etc.).
