- For flattening in the middle of sharpening, maintenance with the Stone resurfacers #120, Large (for below 1500 grit diamond stone) is effective.
- For heavy sharpening of diamond stones of under 200 grit, the Stone resurfacers #120, Small (for below 200 grit diamond stone, metate) can be used for metate to revive the cutting speed.
